Everyone plays the games their own way and that's one of the remarkable things about this series. Yes, we all have valid complaints and criticizes of Awakening, but these should be towards the game and discussing possible improvements to the series, not towards new fans. not grinding, that the "GBAs were better because nostalgia," and how awful the supports are (I would know, seeing as I've partaken in many of these threads). We need to stop arguing over things like grinding vs.
And I gotta say, I'm kinda disappointed by the reactions my some of the other "veterans" on this sub. I could tell you the ins and outs of the English games, most of the major plot points, characters, classes, and supports, most of the mechanics, and give my honest opinion on all of the above.

Step 1: you can start by downloading a reliable and bug free emulator. If we're going to include Reeking boxes - then yes, I grind, and I grind considerably. If we're going by the first definition - no, I do not "DLC grind." I only have one DLC chapter (the free one) and will buy the others when I've completed my first playthrough. Personally, I would prefer to use the first definition, as that is typically what it is, but people in this subreddit seem to be lumping the Reeking boxes and some of the Paralogues into "DLC," when you don't have to pay real-world money for them. What exactly do you mean by "DLC?" Does DLC equate to "extra content you specifically buy or download?" Or does it also include non-downloadable content like the Reeking boxes?
